The challenge
Henry Nicholas has worked with themission on many recruitment campaigns over the years. But this time themission wanted something different. Expanding into the technical sphere, themission needed help recruiting two roles for one of the largest PR and comms agencies in the Southwest. These roles required significant B2B and corporate PR experience, alongside technical writing skills and a personality that fitted.

Henry Nicholas worked with themission to fully understand their brand, vision and core requirements for these roles. Once our knowledge was in shape, we ensured their knowledge was in shape by sharing crucial information on the salaries, benefits and duties that would attract the right candidates.
